Registered Nurse Position – Care Facility
Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to provide resident-focused care within our 24-hour nursing environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and well-being.
- Create and regularly update personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
- Advocate for residents' dignity, safety, and overall quality of life through effective communication and education.
- Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and ongoing quality enhancement.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position is based in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, requiring the RN to be adaptable to various situations and resident needs throughout their shifts.
