ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2008 and is a small, close-knit team of two who take pride in providing professional, personal service to every customer. With a degree in Finance and Marketing and a background in sales, I bring both industry knowledge and a people-focused approach to the way we serve our community.


I'm a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, married, and the proud parent of adult sons. Family plays a big role in my life, and that same family-first mindset is reflected in the way our agency operates. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nikki Shah - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
