Over the past several years, we've expanded rapidly throughout the Midwest, with locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma and Arkansas. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities into qualified appointments and closed projects. What You'll Do Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate roofing and exterior project opportunities Answer inbound calls from homeowners, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into scheduled inspections and sales opportunities Follow up on leads, estimates, and open opportunities to maximize close rates Build rapport with customers and educate them on Shamrock's roofing products, services, and insurance claims process Identify customer needs and recommend the best roofing solutions Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance metrics Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities within company systems (CRM) Coordinate with Roofing Project Managers to ensure a smooth transition after the sale Maintain professional communication through phone, email, and text Stay current on company products, promotions, and industry knowledge Perform other duties as assigned Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $40,000–$45,000, depending on experience Uncapped commission with earnings on every closed sale Full-time, in-office position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays as needed Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment (effective the first of the following month) PTO accrual after 30 days of employment 401(k) eligibility after six months of employment All new hires are subject to a 90-day introductory period Requirements: What You'll Bring Minimum 1–2 years of inside sales experience Residential (B2C) sales experience required; home services or roofing sales experience preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong closing, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Equal Opportunity Employer Shamrock Roofing & Construction participates in the E-Verify Program for I-9 verification.
