Job Description The Marketing Events Coordinator will manage and execute a portfolio of global marketing events, including trade shows, client-facing events, and company-hosted programs. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role focuses on hands‑on planning, logistics, and continuous project coordination. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can manage multiple events simultaneously at various stages of execution. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute global trade shows, conferences, client events, and internal marketing events Manage end‑to‑end event logistics including registration, travel coordination, accommodations, booth setup, branding, and promotional materials Oversee vendors, venues, and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery Serve as the onsite lead during events, resolving issues quickly and professionally Track event budgets, reconcile expenses, and support post‑event evaluations Coordinate internally with cross‑functional teams and externally with partners and vendors Manage multiple events occurring concurrently across different regions and timelines Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and execution efficiency Qualifications 3–5+ years of corporate event planning experience (trade shows and client events required) Proven ability to manage numerous projects at different stages simultaneously Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, execution-focused environment Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Monday.com or similar tools preferred Occasional evening or weekend work based on event schedules Travel required up to 4 times per year, including international travel Reports into Creative Director High‑visibility role with ownership over global events Entrepreneurial, “work hard / play hard” team culture Opportunity to build and refine event processes and best practices Exposure to global events and international travel Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
