Position: Credit Risk Analyst
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid - Onsite Mon-Thurs, two weeks per month)

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related STEM field
- 1-2 years of experience in analytical roles
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python (tested during interview process)
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Strong problem-solving skills in data acquisition, manipulation, cleaning, and analysis
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of credit risk concepts
- Master's degree in an analytical/STEM field
- Experience in auto finance or banking
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI
