Role As Senior Global Legal Counsel / Global Legal Executive – Data Center Lifecycle Management, you will serve as the central legal governance authority for lifecycle management on a global scale. This highly strategic role supports executive leadership and partners closely with finance, commercial operations, asset management, and lifecycle services teams. The Global Senior Legal Counsel / Global Legal Executive will design scalable legal frameworks, harmonize global contract templates, and support complex commercial, leasing, and financing transactions. You will operate at both strategic and execution levels, enabling compliant global growth while reducing risk and improving contract efficiency.
