Primary Location: United States (US) - North Dakota - Fargo

As a Receiving Clerk employee with John Deere in Fargo, ND, you will:

• Ensure timely processing of all incoming materials in an environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Efficiently process incoming materials on a daily basis.
• Receive materials into ERP system and file required paperwork as directed.
• Support FIFO inventory procedures.
• Stock incoming materials into proper stockroom location on a daily basis.
• Work with purchasing to correct receiving problems on supplier parts and paperwork.
• Operate power driven equipment; including forklifts; including obtaining and maintaining operator certification.
• Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
• Assist and support other team members.
• Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.

*This is a first shift position*

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least one of the following: High School Diploma or G.E.D. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience Ability and willingness to operate a forklift and maintain applicable certification.
• Capable of distinguishing part and quantity numbers, and processing numbers by adding and subtracting.
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability and willingness to work 1st shift and potential overtime (including weekends).

What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Current experience as a contingent worker in a similar role at John Deere Fargo demonstrating strong performance and attendance. Prior experience in an assembly, shipping, receiving, or warehouse role that includes forklift operations experience.
