Older Adult Program Assistant

Description:

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with seniors and older members!

We are hiring one Older Adult Program Assistant at each of the following locations:

Mansfield YMCA
South Cooper YMCA

Each position is approximately 4–6 hours per week , primarily on weekdays.

What You’ll Do:

1.Organize Lunch & Learns

2.Coordinate special guest speakers

3.Plan board games, social gatherings, and other activities

4.Develop activities based on member interests

5.Build relationships with our senior and older adult members

6.Help create a welcoming and connected YMCA community

Requirements:

Hours: 4–6 hours per week
Schedule: Weekdays

Pay: $12–$15 per hour
Location: Position will be based at either the Mansfield YMCA or South Cooper YMCA.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is personable, dependable, creative, and enjoys bringing people together.
