Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on several critical responsibilities, including:

- Performing assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients’ mental health statuses using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other appropriate tools to develop individualized plans of care. \n
- Providing evidence-based outpatient therapy interventions tailored to address the specific needs and symptoms of patients impacted by cancer. \n
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, treatment reports, and patient information while adhering to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures. \n
- Partnering with patients and their families to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that align with the patients' goals and needs. \n
- Monitoring patient progress constantly and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to optimize mental health outcomes. \n
- Coordinating referrals and acting as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers to ensure holistic care. \n
- Mentoring students and interns, fostering development within the next generation of mental health professionals. \n
Your primary focus will be on individuals and families affected by a cancer diagnosis. This specialized clientele requires not only the clinical skills to address standard mental health challenges but also an understanding of the unique emotional and psychological needs that arise from living with and managing a serious illness like cancer.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
Although not mandatory, experience providing mental health services with a focus on chronic illness, particularly cancer care, will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is also a plus, as our work environment allows for a hybrid model combining in-person and remote therapy.
Compensation and Benefits\nThis position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous and above-market compensation package, we provide a comprehensive benefits suite that includes:
