Drafter

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops accurate and complete production drawings, and vendor drawings for assigned models and/or projects.
• Keeps abreast of current Drafting Standards to maintain market continuity.
• Maintains the library of production drawings to ensure a central source of current reference information is available and accessible to all departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma with Drafting Fundamentals exposure
• One or more years of manufacturing assembly experience or one or more years of drafting experience
• Strong computer skills and understanding of relevant software packages
• Strong mechanical skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong tolerance for change

The hiring range for this position is 57,000 - $60,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
