Shipping Clerk- 2nd Shift

Job Description

Shipping/Receiving - 2nd Shift Hours: 11am-7pm Hourly Rate: $20-$23 Overview: Prepare finished goods for shipment, coordinate inbound/outbound freight, and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records. Ensure FIFO, proper documentation, and a clean, organized warehouse while leading the shipping team to meet daily goals.

Job Duties: Coordinate and prioritize shipping schedules Communicate with Customer Service and Planning on orders and shortages Prepare pick lists; ensure accurate picking, staging, and shipping Schedule shipments and delivery appointments Print and verify shipping documents (BOLs, labels, etc.) Track shipments and update order status Resolve discrepancies Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor damaged goods Ensure FIFO and warehouse organization Verify incoming shipments and audit paperwork Train and support team members

Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 12 years of warehouse/shipping experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Detail-oriented and organized Strong communication skills Basic computer and documentation skills
