Job Summary:
This registered nurse (RN) position is located in Dallas, Texas, within a medical surgical rehabilitation unit. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients recovering from strokes, amputations, major surgeries, and other neurological or orthopedic conditions. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to improve patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor
• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, associate degree or bachelors degree in nursing, 0 years of minimum experience, located in the United States, Texas, Dallas
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in rehabilitation nursing, problem solver, warm and welcoming personality, leadership skills, critical thinking skills
• Additional Information: The unit has 50 beds with a patient ratio of 1:7. Equipment used includes IV pumps, EKG machines, Bari beds, and med dispense. The Electronic Health Record system includes Cerner and Epic.
• Unit Notes: Scrub color is royal blue. Reporting time is 6:45 PM. Parking is available in the main parking lot. Hiring for one position.
