You will be responsible for providing liquidity, managing risk, and identifying profitable opportunities in fast-paced, competitive markets. This role is open to candidates at all levels, from junior traders looking to grow their careers to experienced professionals ready to take on greater responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Market Making: Provide liquidity by quoting bid and ask prices for options across various asset classes, ensuring tight spreads and efficient risk management.Risk Management: Monitor and manage portfolio risk, including delta, gamma, vega, and other Greeks, to ensure optimal positioning and profitability.Strategy Development: Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers to refine and enhance trading strategies, leveraging data analysis and market insights.Execution: Execute trades with precision, utilizing proprietary trading tools and algorithms to capitalize on market opportunities.Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, news, and macroeconomic events that may impact options pricing and volatility.Collaboration: Work closely with other traders, researchers, and technologists to share ideas, improve strategies, and drive innovation.Performance Tracking: Analyze trading performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance profitability.Qualifications:Experience:Junior Candidates: 0-3 years of experience in trading, finance, or a related field. Strong academic background and a passion for financial markets are essential.Senior Candidates: 5+ years of experience in options market making or related trading roles, with a proven track record of success.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.Skills:Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, and risk management.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Mindset: Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
