Travelers cannot be first-time travelers. The daily visits will consist of 6 patients per day. Shifts are available in a 5x8 schedule from Thursday to Monday or a 4x10 schedule from Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday. The role does not require call or float duties. Weekends are required. Nurses will be responsible for a variety of tasks including adult home health, blood glucose management, care management of peripheral IVs, clinical assessment documentation, and wound care. Infection control precautions must be followed. The nurse will perform medication administration, obtain vital signs, and provide nutritional assessments. Experience with Oasis documentation is necessary. This role will provide care to diverse patient populations, including adolescents and geriatrics.
