Urgent Care Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Urgent Care Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of emergency room experience and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

Shift: 03:00 PM to 03:00 AM

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the urgent care setting.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vitals and progress and report changes to the medical team.
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license.
Minimum of two years of experience in an emergency room setting.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
