Urologist – Sampson Regional Medical Center | Clinton, NC

Position Overview

Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a growing hospital-employed practice. This is an excellent opportunity to build a thriving general urology practice while enjoying strong referral support, physician autonomy, and a collaborative environment.

Physicians will have the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of general urology while working alongside accessible hospital leadership that is committed to growing surgical services and expanding specialty care throughout the region.

 

Practice Highlights

• Hospital-employed urology practice
• Newly remodeled clinic conveniently located adjacent to the hospital
• Broad-spectrum general urology including stone disease, prostate conditions, urinary incontinence, infections, and urologic tumors
• Established referral network through hospital-employed primary care providers
• Dedicated nursing and administrative support with opportunity to add APP support as the practice grows
• Flexible operating room scheduling based on case volume and practice needs
• 4.5-day work week: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)
• 7 days of call per month
• Hospital leadership is actively investing in the future growth of surgical services, including plans to expand robotic surgery capabilities

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
