Dare to Make an Impact Sign‑on bonus $7,500 What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic II Troubleshoot and maintain packaging and support equipment to ensure efficiency and quality. Conduct line changeovers and make necessary adjustments per production schedule. Execute preventive maintenance tasks, identify issues, and correct mechanical/electrical problems. Design, fabricate, and repair parts; operate lathes, milling machines, and other shop tools. Support manufacturing personnel with process issues and train others on basic maintenance. What Makes You a Good Fit High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred). 7+ years of mechanic experience in manufacturing. Advanced troubleshooting, welding, and machining skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly; work in non‑climate‑controlled environment. Be able to work Sunday – Thursday 10:30 pm–6:30 am.
