Retail Sales Project Coordinator

THIS IS A BASE PLUS COMMISSION ROLE*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the assigned outside retail sales consultants, i.e. set up OVs for sold jobs, update PQM quote with OV updates, update office order copy in relevant software programs, complete bookings with Contract Analyst Serve as the point of contact for the 15-minute connect via Pella.com Support retail lead acquisition by overseeing schedules for outside retail team, confirming leads from the AOR, calling and confirming leads with customers, and update retail calendar daily Partner with customers to recommend and provide proposals on the appropriate products and solutions in the showroom Partner with Retail Project Manager to address allowances and reorders as needed Responsible for the lead rehash process for the Retail segment Performs other duties as necessary or assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple projects and customer orders at once Ability to manage complex sales cycles from initial meeting to completed project Knowledge of the construction industry preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Two to four years of sales experience strongly preferred Mathematical and Reasoning Skills: Ability to put together accurate quotes and orders Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions Ability to read a tape measure accurately and understand fractions Computer Skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft suite Must be familiar with smart devices Ability to learn and utilize proprietary Pella software programs and applications and other business critical applications Communication Skills: Ability to provide clear communication with customers via emails, telephone calls, and/or text messages in a timely manner Ability to verbally present information and respond to questions from customers and managers, and the public Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, type or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, or crouch Work is primarily conducted in an office setting The noise level for this position is usually moderate EOE Statement Pella of Oklahoma provides a working environment free of discrimination and harassment.
