Senior Contracts Administrator

Supporting contract management activities for the Defense portfolio, the hybrid Senior Contracts Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the entire contract administration life cycle while working on-site in Moorestown, NJ, and remotely on designated days. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with contracts policies, procedures, and performance standards Negotiate agreements including NDAs and contracts, and participate in proposal preparation and bid strategy development Represent the company in contract, pricing, and performance reviews with federal government agencies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of contracts administration experience, or MBA with 3+ years of experience Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance Experience with government solicitations and managing various forms of government contracts Proficiency in MS Office Products and ability to learn company-specific programs
