About the Position

Job Title: Ultrasound Tech - Vascular Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Sonographer Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Compact or NC license required Certifications: RVT, BLS Must-Have: - Experience with GE and PACS - Vascular ultrasound experience - RVT certification Description: We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Tech specializing in vascular ultrasound. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience. Required certifications include RVT and BLS. Experience with GE equipment and PACS is necessary. Candidates must have experience performing a variety of vascular ultrasounds. Patient demographics will include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The role involves performing carotid, venous insufficiency, aorta, renal artery, dialysis access, vein mappings, arterial, and mesenteric ultrasounds. Most ultrasounds are scheduled on the same day as clinic visits. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on patient care. Candidates must have a strong ability to work collaboratively with vascular providers. The facility will provide necessary resources and support for timely patient diagnostics. Candidates should have a proactive approach and exceptional problem-solving skills.
