RN Hospice Travel Job in Petoskey, MI
RN Hospice travel jobs at the facility in Petoskey, MI let you provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families in a supportive hospice environment. You must have an active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license and at least 2 years of hospice or palliative care experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended. Key skills include patient assessment, symptom management, and strong communication with interdisciplinary teams.
