In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely across long distances while upholding Carlile’s commitment to operational excellence and safety . What You’ll Do Safely operate commercial vehicles over long distances Transport freight in compliance with DOT and company regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and documentation Communicate with dispatch and operations teams Adhere to all HSSE policies and procedures Ensure timely and damage-free deliveries Respond effectively to weather, traffic, and road conditions What We’re Looking For Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) Clean driving record with a strong safety focus Ability to operate in extreme weather conditions Strong attention to detail and compliance Ability to work independently Strong communication and time management skills Compensation $32.50 – $39.50/hour , depending on experience and qualifications Additional difficult-to-fill differentials may apply We’re committed to taking care of you and your family, today and in the future.
