Pay Rate Details $75000 - $90000 Responsibilities & Expectations The Contracts Administrator/Contract Specialist will be responsible for the review, negotiation, and finalization of various commercial contracts across the organization. Some general responsibilities in this role include: Assess, advise on, and minimize project risks Communicate and collaborate with commercial personnel and sales personnel to understand scope and risk and the organization’s appetite for the same Understand and support contractual compliance including insurance, health and safety policies, corporate compliance policies, etc. Manage contractual changes, support negotiations, and advise on disputes and conflict resolution under such contracts Advise on terms of contracts to support operational compliance Understand and advise on organization’s corporate entities Assist with managing legal entities and maintaining corporate records Communicate and discuss contract clauses with internal and external customers Why IPS?
