8214 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago, IL Eimaj Salon is looking for a professional, dependable, motivated Part-Time Salon Assistant Manager to help manage the daily operations of our growing salon. POSITION: Part-Time Salon Assistant Manager STARTING PAY: $15/hour - Cash Pay

AGE REQUIREMENT: 21+

EXPERIENCE: Customer service and salon experience preferred

SCHEDULE

Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Tuesday & Wednesday: As needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule appointments and answer salon phone calls Manage appointments and daily operations through Booksy Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Assist with inventory and salon organization Help recruit talented hairstylists, braiders, locticians, and other beauty professionals Create social media content to promote the salon and services Take quality before-and-after photos of clients' hair Assist with marketing strategies to attract new customers Wash, dry, fold, and organize salon towels Maintain a clean, professional salon environment Help organize salon events and promotions Shampoo clients when needed Support the owner and salon professionals with daily operations

WHAT WE'R LOOKING FOR

A team player with strong communication and organizational skills who is comfortable with social media, working with clients, multitasking, and helping a salon grow.

90-DAY PERFORMANCE REVIEW

After 90 days, the Assistant Manager will be eligible for consideration for a bonus based on work performance, productivity, reliability, customer service, marketing efforts, and contribution to salon growth.
