Training Lead

Training Lead KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high‑end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. This is a contingent position based upon contract award. Primary Responsibilities Ensure operations staff are proficient with existing and nascent tools, with a primary focus on flight safety tools. Develop and manage the training regime at various operating locations to ensure operator readiness (including threats and responses) prior to any system delivery. Maintain personnel qualified to perform operational duties, maintain proficiency on mission systems, and respond effectively to real‑time space operations. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree plus 11 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise; or Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of relevant experience; or No Degree with 14 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience relevant to customer on‑orbit systems and/or space operations programs. At least 3 years of experience as a training manager and/or instructor for space‑related tools and/or systems. Perform contract tasks independently and lead teams. Active TS/SCI with Poly required to be considered. Compensation Basic Compensation: $156,800 - $191,700 (Virginia area only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, including sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
