The Registered nurse (RN) is responsible for assessment of health needs and implementation of nursing care plans for these participants. The RN provides direct nursing care to the participants through in-home visits, supervises the day-to-day nursing activities including care provided by home health aides. Such supervision must be in accordance with current state, federal and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Nurse Manager of Clinical Operations, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.Requirements:NYS RN licensure.Two or more years experience.Valid NYS Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable vehicleExperience and desire to care for seniors.Pay Range: $40.00 - $52.81 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
