Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet various learning needs and caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to students with individualized education programs
• Assess students’ strengths and areas for growth, maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to foster student achievement
• Support students’ social and emotional needs in addition to academic progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing professional development
• Manage various caseloads and adjust instructional approaches as needed
