Job Summary
Provide pulmonary consultative care to SNF/LTC residents, overseeing chronic respiratory diseases and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Manage COPD, asthma, sleep apnea, and chronic respiratory failure
Oversee oxygen therapy and inhaled medications
Supervise NPs and collaborate with facility teams
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
IM residency; Pulmonology fellowship preferred
NY medical license, DEA
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonology
