This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). The mission of OCFO is to lead the Department's Headquarters and Field Office officials toward the understanding and practice of sound financial management in program development and operations, and in the stewardship of public resources. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and evaluate on a quantitative/qualitative basis the effectiveness of line program operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
• Evaluate and advise on organization structures, methods, and procedures.
• Analyze management information requirements.
• Develop, analyze, and evaluate new or modified program/management policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.
• Develop procedures and systems for assessing the effectiveness of programs/management processes.
