Jr. Graphic Designer

Position Overview Riad Tile is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the execution of creative projects across digital marketing, eCommerce, email, social media, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives. This role will help bring marketing campaigns and brand stories to life through compelling visual assets while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Design, this is an ideal opportunity for a designer who is passionate about interiors, design, and visual storytelling and is eager to grow within a fast-paced creative environment. Responsibilities Marketing & Campaign Design Assist in the creation of campaign assets for product launches, seasonal promotions, and editorial initiatives Design marketing materials for email, social media, paid advertising, and website content Support integrated marketing campaigns through the development of cohesive visual assets across channels Prepare production-ready files for digital marketing initiatives Email & Digital Asset Design Create email designs and supporting assets for marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs Design graphics, banners, and promotional content for website and eCommerce initiativesDevelop visual assets for landing pages and campaign-specific content Adapt creative concepts across multiple digital formats and sizes Product Launch & Editorial Support Assist with creative development for new product launches and collection introductions Create mood boards, product presentations, and supporting campaign materials Support editorial content themes with visual storytelling assets Organize and prepare photography selections and image assets Brand & Creative Operations Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables Prepare and optimize imagery for web use, including cropping, retouching, and file optimization. Organize creative files, templates, and asset libraries Prepare files for handoff to internal teams and external partners Support ongoing updates to marketing collateral and brand materials Assist with quality assurance and review of creative assets prior to launch Qualifications 3-5 years of graphic design experience (internships and freelance work considered) Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, branding, or eCommerce work Experience designing for websites, email, or digital marketing is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience working in Figma Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Success in This Role Delivers high-quality creative assets on time and with minimal revisions Successfully translates established creative direction into polished, high-quality deliverables Supports efficient execution of marketing campaigns and product launches Maintains strong brand consistency across all channels Contributes creative ideas while effectively executing established design direction Helps increase the overall output and efficiency of the Creative team Benefits 401(k) - 3% employer contribution Medical, dental, and vision insurance (meaningful employer contribution) Monthly health reimbursement (up to $200, taxable) Paid time off Flexible hours Equal Opportunity Employer Riad Tile is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
