We're hiring a proactive Sales Support Executive to join a growing Irish technology company that develops software solutions for clients across multiple industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, working with customers, and supporting a busy commercial team—but who also wants to build a long-term career in sales.

You'll work directly with the CEO, gaining exposure to every stage of the sales process while becoming a key part of a collaborative and growing business. As the company continues to expand, there will be genuine opportunities to progress into Sales, Account Management or Customer Success.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes while developing the commercial skills needed for a future sales career.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Sales Support Executive, you'll help keep the sales process running smoothly from first enquiry through to customer onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the CEO with day-to-day sales administration and customer communications.
• Managing CRM records, ensuring customer information and opportunities are accurate and up to date.
• Following up with prospective customers via phone and email to schedule meetings, gather information, and maintain engagement.
• Preparing quotations, proposals, sales documentation, and supporting materials.
• Tracking sales activities, managing reminders, and ensuring no opportunities are missed.
• Producing simple reports using Excel or Google Sheets to monitor sales activity and pipeline progress.
• Using AI tools to improve productivity, draft communications, summarise meetings, and streamline daily workflows.
• Coordinating occasional customer meetings and supporting client onboarding activities.
• Providing excellent customer service while building strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Working independently while collaborating closely with the wider business.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely likes helping customers.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Office Administration or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho or similar).
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating professionally by phone and email.
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• A genuine interest in technology and learning new systems.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to improve productivity would be highly advantageous.
• A positive attitude, commercial awareness, and willingness to learn.
