The Engineering Technician - Maintenance & Facilities position will support the facilities department and would be working at our Camelback location to support daily functions and facility needs. Primary Responsibilities Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and monitoring machinery Using mechanical equipment such as power tools, hoists, forklifts, and hand tools Performing emergency, scheduled, and preventive maintenance Installing and inspecting machines and electrical equipment Ability to write up an equipment analysis for root cause documentation Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities Work with the team to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime Monitor and respond to issues with the facility support systems (HVAC, security, fire alarm, lighting, etc.) Respond to facility ServiceNow and SAP (CMMS)requests Perform inspections of facilities & grounds.
