Farmers Insurance District 11 is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Insurance Apprentice Program a hands-on development track that prepares you to become a success Agent. Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Flexible Schedule Responsibilities Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most Educate individuals and families on Farmers wide range of products Generate new business through networking, lead follow-up, and marketing efforts Deliver excellent service while meeting compliance and industry standards Grow your book of business while building your path to agency ownership What You'll Gain Direct mentorship from top-performing agents A structured path to agency ownership Competitive commissions and performance bonuses Professional training in sales, marketing, leadership, and business development Requirements Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required) Ability to obtain or already hold insurance licenses (personal lines, Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Life all acceptable) Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic A passion for helping others and building long‑term relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr The Juris Agency
