Retail Associate is a multi-faceted position that is focused on retail sales.. This position also presents an opportunity to work in our demo shop to learn how to service and repair ski and snowboard equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service (i.e., greeting guests, helping find proper gear, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the stockroom
- Assist in inventory management
- Utilize our POS system to cash customers out
- Maintaining the sales area
- Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor clean and organized
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Experience in retail preferred
- Eye for detail
- Customer service-oriented
- Reliable transportation required
