Clinical Services, Order Entry Specialist (PHX)

Full‑time Clinical Services, Order Entry Specialist – Phoenix, AZ Start date: July 1, 2026. Job Responsibilities Conduct clinical data entry activities for the Clinical Services team. Ensure highest standards for clinical data integrity and quality. Evaluate clinical test orders for appropriateness, accuracy, and completeness. Enter associated data into the laboratory information management system (LIS). Review submitted test orders for appropriateness and completeness. Create and manage patient test orders. Update current cases and attach relevant documentation. Ensure timely and accurate entry of test orders into the LIS to support efficient laboratory operations and patient care.
