Metals USA is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our Horicon, WI location. Metals USA is a leading metals processor/distributor in North America, providing a wide range of carbon steel products and services. Metals USA is a solid, growth-oriented company servicing the defense, commercial construction, and road construction and fabrication industries.

Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Locates products that have been completed in a first step process
Order filling
Packages product
Scales and tags product
Uses plant specific packaging equipment which includes conveyors, stackers, down enders and banders to move product
Transports items to the warehouse for future shipment
Requires operation of an overhead crane and forklift to move product
Can identify defects and package the designated items
May perform other duties as related or assigned

High School Graduate
Basic math Skills
Fluency in English
Ability to read measuring tapes and calipers
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Attention to detail
Warehouse experience preferred
Must have Forklift and overhead crane experience
Experience working with Heavy Equipment preferred
