Branch Manager Hayley recently started her new position as Staffing Coordinator after serving as the Administrative Assistant for the Abingdon Office since June 2018. She is passionate about making people matter most and going above and beyond for job seekers and clients.

- Accurately and promptly enter orders while adhering to sales policies and price lists
- Handle customer inquiries through correspondence and calls regarding orders, credits, and returns
- Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve company goals and resolve issues
- Utilize ERP systems for order management and reporting, and follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Comply with company policies and safety procedures, prioritize tasks efficiently, and demonstrate self-motivation and multi-tasking abilities
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactorily perform essential duties, demonstrating strong computer literacy, analytical problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Have a solid work ethic, eagerness to learn, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the capability to analyze internal and external data effectively to achieve optimal results
- Ability to sit for duration of shift
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
