Location: Nashville, TN Hybrid
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 25 days per week in office
Contract Duration: 10/19/2026 02/28/2027
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM CST
Hours: 7.5 hours/day

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst / HR Generalist to provide professional human resources support and ensure accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.

This role will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and hiring, onboarding, personnel transactions, payroll and timekeeping coordination, employee inquiries, and offboarding.

The HR Generalist will work closely with HR leadership, employees, managers, and HR partners to coordinate HR processes, maintain accurate employee information, and provide responsive customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive employee information.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, review, and track HR transactions, including hires, promotions, transfers, separations, retirements, and other employee or position changes.

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, hiring documentation, interview materials, and coordination with hiring managers and HR partners.

• Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, required documentation, communications, and follow-up activities.

• Maintain accurate employee information and HR tracking tools.

• Respond to routine employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, leave, payroll, and other HR programs.

• Coordinate employee separations and offboarding activities to support timely and accurate employee transitions.

• Assist with HR projects, process improvements, employee communications, and other HR initiatives as assigned.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure HR actions are completed accurately and timely.

• Provide responsive and professional customer service to employees, managers, and HR partners.

• Perform other related human resources duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Qualifying full-time professional or paraprofessional human resources experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis, up to a maximum of four years.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position in Nashville, TN , requiring approximately 25 days per week in the office based on business needs.
