The role also involves developing and maintaining employment-related policies, training staff on legal obligations, and managing legal support for compensation and employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, a current license to practice law, and at least 8 years of experience in the field, with a strong preference for those with in-house experience and a background in a union environment.
