SharePoint/Content Migration Specialist

Job Summary (in list format) for SharePoint/Content Migration Specialist:
- Support a short-term project migrating content from a legacy intranet to the Pulse intranet site.
- Migrate existing content, documents, pages, and resources to the new platform.
- Review, organize, and restructure content to ensure consistency and ease of navigation.
- Update content formatting, links, metadata, and page layouts as needed.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify content accuracy and functionality.
- Collaborate with Marketing and business stakeholders to prioritize migration efforts.
- Document migration processes and track progress against project timelines.
- Identify and escalate any content issues, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 applications and content management systems for migration tasks.
Required Skills:
- Experience with website, intranet, SharePoint, or content migration projects.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in managing large volumes of digital content.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva Connections, or intranet platforms.
- Background in marketing, communications, or digital content management.
