Restaurant General Manager

An established upscale restaurant in Charlotte is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a polished, dinner-focused operation. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop a strong team, drive financial performance, and maintain elevated standards of food, beverage, and hospitality. The ideal candidate brings polished full-service experience, strong business acumen, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.

- 3+ years of restaurant management experience with GM-level leadership
- Proven success leading upscale, high-volume full-service operations
- Strong P&L knowledge with experience managing labor, costs, budgeting, and profitability
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain strong restaurant teams
- Experience in upscale casual, chef-driven, steakhouse, or fine dining concepts
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and elevated beverage service
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence and commitment to hospitality
- Track record of driving guest satisfaction, operational consistency, and team accountability
