Backend Java Developer

Senior DeveloperOur direct client is looking for a Senior Developer, an innovative thinker with a "can-do" attitude. You will work with teams across the company to leverage technologies that support our integration applications. Hands on expertise in Java, Python, NoSQL, Cloud (Serverless/AWS Exposure).Requires programming skills, involved in the development of software applications. Knowledge of programming languages to develop necessary specifications for the software by following the technical designs. In specific cases, knowledgeable on Agile/iterative development methodologies will be required (and called out). Senior level knowledge in the following:Java, Microservices and REST API developmentPython and Conda Linux and TomcatHands on experience with coding highly scalable and available systems.Full software life cycle (SDLC) -- develop/test/build/deploy/etc.Unit testing, System testing, and integration testingUnderstanding of Java architecture.Object-oriented programming and applying design patterns and practicesAnalyzing log files, researching errors, managing security, configuring database connections, etc.SQL and NoSQL Databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similarAdditional Perks:Excellent Market Rate/SalaryPositive Work-Life BalanceCompetitive Benefit Packages Including Medical Insurance, Dental InsuranceCompany Overview: AGM Tech Solutions is a Women-owned Firm relationship-based IT Consulting firm dedicated to Serving our Clients Nationwide.
