Position Summary: The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for managing loan files throughout the lending lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service to internal and external customers. This role supports loan funding, document review, file maintenance, investigating and responding to consumer disputes through the credit bureaus, and administrative functions while maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and operational quality. This role is required to come into the office 2 days per week to handle incoming correspondence via mail and other administrative duties. Ability to prepare reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems, involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
