If you're looking for a company that can navigate the challenges of 2025, offer you stability, flexibility, and career opportunities, look no further!ResponsibilitiesProvide a reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients and client follow-up.Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, controllers, and filters.Perform all needed repairs and/or installations professionally and safely, in line with manufacturer recommendations and all applicable codes.Maintain accurate and current technical information and skillsMaintain a clean and safe vehicle environment, including vehicle presentation, adhering to OSHA policies & procedures.Maintain and service the motor vehicle and pool care care equipment. Report vehicle maintenance needed.Communicate repair needs with clients and service departmentEnsure your vehicle is adequately stocked with products and tools to perform repairs and installationsRecord all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes.Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunitiesStart new service pools and service pools as neededAssisting with technical questions that come from the service staffAdhere to all safety protocols and procedures and report any unsafe conditions.Attend all training sessions, staff meetings and activities as requested to remain up to date on all innovations in the business so that the service provided is always 'best practice'.Maintain positive, honest, open, and effective communications, relationships and morale at all levels in the business.Perform other duties as required by managerQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentCertified Pool Operator (CPO)certification, or willingness to obtain certification if requested.Good communication skillsCurrent Driver's License & good driving recordWilling to submit to background check & drug testingAbility to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoopAbility to spend most of working time standing, walking, and moving aroundAble to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsSales and marketing awareness and skillsBasic level calculation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational skills, including time managementComputer and smart phone skillsExcellent problem-solving skills abilityAbility to work overtime as needed.Self motivatedReliableGood attendance recordLow callback rateCompensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourFounded in 1992, Poolwerx is one of the world's largest pool supply, service, and repair providers.
