ROLE DESCRIPTION
Ann Bie - State Farm Agent is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated individual to join our team. As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with our agency, your dedication to client relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position. Establish new customer relationships and provide insurance products as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Communications will include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth and development of our business. Achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals.QUALIFICATIONS
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Relationship building skills Property and Casualty License 2-20 or Customer Service license 4-40 required Able to obtain a Life/Health License Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needsBENEFITS
