Following the success of its property management offers, Matera launched its rental management offer in early 2023 and now manages more than 2000 properties!
In practical terms, Matera offers landlords a platform to take control and manage their rental properties independently. Landlords can also subscribe to additional options, such as renting out the property or obtaining a rental non-payment guarantee.
Job Description
We are looking for an independent agent for occasional state of the premises and rental visits. This position requires particular attention to detail and excellent communication skills with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conducting entry and/or exit premises inspections
- Organizing and conducting rental visits

- If the application is selected, sending the mandate to formalize the collaboration
Job Requirements
Necessary Conditions
- Possess a mobile phone or tablet for conducting premises inspections
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Independent worker status
- Driver's license B and personal vehicle
Profile Sought
- Diligence, thoroughness, and diplomacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in the real estate sector, including conducting premises inspections and visits
- Flexible availability, with the possibility of working outside of office hours
- Comfort with digital tools
