Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Role
Support manufacturing operations by removing, inspecting, and packaging extruded plastic materials on the production line. Operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. Dependability, ability to stand for long periods, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Move extruded plastic materials from the production line into designated boxes
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues
• Maintain production flow and assist with packaging materials
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
• Support safety protocols including use of PPE such as steel toe boots and ear protection
• Comply with lifting and handling requirements up to 40 lbs as needed
• Work efficiently in a warm production environment
• Maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate a strong work ethic

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warm production environment
• Ability to lift, move, and package production materials up to 40 lbs
• Steel toe boots required
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and procedures
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Steel toe boots
• Ear protection (permitted with one earbud)
