Hiring: D365 F&O Senior Finance Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Experience: 8-12 Years
1️⃣ D365 F&O Finance – Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project & Expense Management
2️⃣ D365 F&O SCM – Experience with Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, and related Finance/SCM processes
3️⃣ Electronic Reporting & E-Invoicing – Hands-on experience with D365 Electronic Reporting (ER), E-Invoicing, localization, and statutory requirements Key Responsibilities
• Support D365 F&O Finance and SCM functional workstreams
• Configure D365 F&O based on business and functional requirements
• Prepare, maintain, and execute functional test scripts and test scenarios
• Perform manual testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT support
• Document configurations, business processes, test results, and integration flows
• Support Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects, and Expenses
• Assist with Finance and SCM integration testing and transaction validation
• Support Electronic Reporting, E-Invoicing, localization, and statutory compliance requirements
• Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues and defects
• Track incidents, service requests, and defects through resolution
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing
• Create user guides, knowledge articles, and training documentation
• Provide end-user support during hypercare and post-go-live
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and functional leads Preferred Experience
• 8–12 years of overall functional consulting experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Strong Finance module knowledge with exposure to SCM processes
• Experience with D365 Electronic Reporting (ER) and E-Invoicing
• Experience with integrations between Finance, SCM, and external systems
• Experience with D365 localization and country-specific statutory requirements is a plus
• Exposure to ISV solutions and ERP integrations is preferred
• Strong documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
