Job Overview Quick Lane at Apple Ford of Columbia is searching for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle service needs. Discuss vehicle concerns with customers and document initial observations for further diagnostics. Coordinate appointment schedules and maintain timely communication throughout the service process. Prepare detailed repair orders and provide clear explanations of recommended services, pricing, and repair timelines. Work closely with technicians and the parts team to ensure accurate, efficient service. Keep customers updated on any changes to their repair orders, costs, or schedules. Stay informed about current promotions, vehicle recalls, and service updates to enhance customer guidance. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive service industry. Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with service management software (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or equivalent preferred). High school diploma or GED; further technical or business education is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
