Key responsibilities Lead RxClaim development projects, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines Utilize expertise in SYNON and AS400 to enhance claim adjudication processes Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to optimize project outcomes and efficiency Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in SYNON development Minimum 3 years of experience with RxClaim adjudication Strong knowledge of COBOL/400 Experience in Medicare and Medicaid claims processing Proven ability to work in an offshore-onshore model
